some, obvious obsolete, CVS files and directories are still present:
toolchain/elf2flt/elf2flt/CVS/
toolchain/elf2flt/elf2flt/.cvsignore
support/gnuconfig/.cvsignore

I have written a patch that fixes this, I'm going to submit it later today.
