Using agetty and login from util-linux (no busybox utils), receive error 'cannot get controlling tty', unable to use without fix submitted to 2.21.1 and beyound:

util-linux bumped to version 2.22.2 by commit 442aa88f95d6c4a921aa3d4de91f54d50bd0cd35
