The usage text for the 'su' command (i.e. "#define su_full_usage" in 'include/usage.src.h') does not mention the '-l' option.

Taking a lead from http://linux.die.net/man/1/su I'd suggest to add:
"\n	-,-l	Make the shell a login shell" \
