patch "toolchain/uClibc/uClibc-0.9.30-x86-2.6.28+-headers-fix.patch" should fix the "libc/sysdeps/linux/x86_64/bits/kernel_types.h" file too, because it contains #ifndef _ASM_X86_64_POSIX_TYPES_H
