GNU wget works:

Adding --header 'Accept: */*' makes busybox wget work as well:

$ busybox wget --header 'Accept: */*' h

index.html           100% |****************************************************| 21803  0:00:00 ETA

Both GNU wget and curl adds 'Accept: */*'.
