The dmraid package is disabled on the ARC architecture due to an internal compiler issue. The compiler issue should be fixed but for now just disabling it. 

The following commit disabled dmraid on ARC:

Looks like this was resolved some time ago - http://git.buildroot.net/buildroot/commit/package/dmraid?id=35113c4c12a05324e003bd12b9236fa09c057b82

So just closing it.
