Hi,

I have downloaded linuxbuild 1-0-1 and run make xconfig. Selecting all the choices possible (Upgrade kernel, linux-loader and selected buildroot) I trigger the make build command.

It seems that when it tries to download fakeroot_1.9.5.tar.gz file, it downloads a html file instead.

It seems to work here. What does your HTML file contain exactly?

Ok, that looks like the frontpage of snapshot.debian.org. Could you show the exact output of the download step (E.G. the wget invocation)? (rm dl/fakeroot_1.9.5.tar.gz; make)

That's not the right URL. What Buildroot version are you using? We fixed this back in March 2011 when snapshot.debian.net moved to .debian.org.

Please consider moving to the last 2011.11 release.

I am using linuxbuild 1.0.1. Please indicate where I can find the latest version. Just to make sure I am up to date.

What is linuxbuild? Google doesn't seem helpful. The latest Buildroot release can be found on http://buildroot.net/download.html

Probably I have been given an older version. I will download and test the version you proposed.
