Update python-sip to 6.7.5

package/python-sip on master branch is out of date (4.19.25 from feb 2021) and it doesn't compile for me any more (on GCC 12 targeting ARMv7).

Unfortunately, no, the patch doesn't work. pyqt5 fails to build (host-python-sip is used in its build process).

I'm still investigating it/trying to fix it.
